Abstract: At present, pH-sensitive drug nanocarriers are receiving more and more attentions for their unique advantages and potential applications. Various types of pH-sensitive drug nanocarriers have been developed. This paper summarizes the research progress of pH-sensitive drug nanocarriers containing ortho ester groups in the recent years, and introduces their applications in anti-tumor drug delivery.
