Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of the amounts of inorganic elements(Mg, K, Ca, Na, Al, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Ag, Cd, Cs, Ba, Tl, Pb, U, Hg) in Qu Aurantii Fructus.
METHODS After the microwave digestion, 26 kinds of inorganic elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS, and the methodology was investigated.
RESULTS The 26 kinds of inorganic elements showed the good linearity in the selected concentration ranges (
r ≥ 0.999 0), with the average recovery were 90%-111%, while their RSDs were< 5%. The RSD of the precision, repeatability and stability all met the demands of quantitative analysis. The detection limits were in the range of 0.000 7-7.226 4 μg·L
-1. The contents of Mg, K, Ca, Na, Al, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Rb, Sr, Ba were higher in the six batchs of samples, and V, Cr, Co, Ni, Ga, As, Cd, Cs, Tl, Pb, Hg, Se, Ag, U were lower or not detected.
CONCLUSION This method is accurate, rapid and sensitive, and can satisfy the simultaneous determination of elements in Qu Aurantii Fructus.
