六味调更片的定性定量研究

    Qualitative and Quantitative Study of Liuwei Tiaogeng Tablets

    • 摘要: 目的 建立六味调更片的定性定量测定方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法 采用薄层色谱法对六味调更片中女贞子、枸杞子、当归、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对六味调更片中黄芪甲苷、阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果 薄层色谱鉴别项斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;含量测定项各成分线性关系均良好,平均回收率均符合要求。结论 建立的定性定量方法简便,结果准确,可用于六味调更片的质量控制。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the qualitative and quantitative methods for the quality control of Liuwei Tiaogeng tablets. METHODS Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, Lycii Fructus, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix were identified by TLC, and the contents of astragaloside IV and ferulic acid were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The spots in TLC were clear with good separation and the blank tests showed no interference. Each component showed good linear relationship in quantitative tests and the average recoveries met the requirements. CONCLUSION The proposed qualitative and quantitative methods are simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Liuwei Tiaogeng tablets.
