Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the working mode, method and role of clinical of pharmacists in the clinical treatment.
METHODS Through participating in the treatment of a patient with minimal change disease and acute kidney injury, the clinical pharmacists combined the pathological features, clinical symptoms, laboratory examinations with the characteristics and adverse reactions of the drug to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Then assisted clinicians to develop individualized drug therapy and carried out pharmaceutical care.
RESULTS Clinical pharmacists involved in clinical medication, the patient medication compliance was improved, the drug treatment program was optimized, and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was minimized.
CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical drug treatment process by pharmaceutical professional knowledge, so as to improve the effect of drug treatment and reduce the drug reactions and provide better pharmacy services for patients, which can provide assistance for physicians to develop individualized treatment programs and promote rationalized medication.
