Abstract: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for external use plaster of clinical application of data mining, combined with clinical practice and modern external plaster research, the technical specification for clinical application of TCM external plaster(draft) was formed after repeated demonstration by experts of the association. It includes applicable to syndromes, contraindications, pre-medication evaluation, application features, drug administration time, method, dosage, adverse reactions and countermeasures, etc. The clinical application of TCM external plaster provides theoretical guidance for TCM, promotes the TCM external plaster in the clinical application of TCM, improves curative effect, reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.
