Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an LC-MS/MS method for determination of six compounds(chlorogenic acid, geniposide, berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, baicalein and wogonin) in Lanqin oral solution.
METHODS The chromatographic separations were obtained on a Fortis Xi C
18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) with a gradient elution using the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid water solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min
-1. Electrospray ionization(ESI) interface and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) were used.
RESULTS All calibration curves of six components were linear (
r>0.999 1) over the tested ranges. The average recoveries(
n=9) ranged from 94.7% to 103.3% with RSD <3.3%. The results of the three batches of samples all met the requirements of the national standards, but the content of the six components between batches varied greatly.
CONCLUTION The method is convenient, rapid, and it has good selectivity and high sensitivity, which can be used for the quality control of Lanqin oral solution.
