DNA分子标记技术在甘草属植物鉴定中的应用研究进展

    Research Progress of DNA Molecular Marker Technology in Germplasm Identification of Glycyrrhiza Plants

    • 摘要: 近年来,利用DNA分子标记技术对甘草属植物进行遗传标记,以探讨该属植物分子层面差异性的相关研究取得了较为丰富的成果。但对于这方面的总结并不多见。本文以甘草属植物在遗传多样性、变异种质的鉴定和系统发育构建等方面研究的应用现状为线索,总结了甘草属植物研究中常用的DNA分子标记技术——随机扩增多态性DNA、扩增片段长度多态性、简单重复序列、间简单重复序列区间、目标起始密码子多态性和DNA条形码及其衍生技术的应用现状,以期为甘草属植物后期的研究提供一定的参考。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, abundant achievements have been made in the study on the molecular diversity of Glycyrrhiza by DNA molecular marker technology. But the summary of this aspect is rare. With the application status in genetic diversity, identification of variant gerlogenetic construction of Glycyrrhiza for a clue, this paper summarizes the application of the commonly used DNA molecular markers:randomly amplified polymorphic DNA, amplified fragment length polymorphism, simple sequence repeat, inter simple sequence repeat, start codon target polymorphism, DNA barcoding and their derivative technologies in Glycyrrhiza, in order to provide a reference for the further study in Glycyrrhiza plants.
