Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To find a safe and mild treatment method to alleviate the ischemic necrosis caused by arterial embolism in the neonate of diabetic mother, and reduce the risk of amputation and death of the neonate.
METHODS Nitroglycerin was applied topically on the basis of low molecular weight heparin.
RESULTS The ischemic change in left forearm and left hand disappeared gradually, the vital signs became stable, the function of hand was basically preserved, and no obvious adverse drug reactions occurred.
CONCLUSION Nitroglycerin may relieve the ischemic necrosis caused by arterial embolism in neonates.
