Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the fingerprints of three different species of Cimicifuga Rhizoma.
METHODS YMC-Pack-ODS-C
18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was taken for study, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at the flow rate of was 1.0 mL·min
-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the detection wavelength was 320 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL.
RESULTS The fingerprints of three different species of Cinicifuga Rhizoma were established. Seventeen characteristic peaks of
Cimicifuga dahurica (Turcz.) Maxim, 19 characteristic peaks of
Cimicifuga heracleifolia Kom. and 23 characteristic peaks of
Cimicifuga foetida L. were pointed out, respectively.
CONCLUSION This method is reproducible, simple and reliable, can provide a theoretical basis for the qualitative identification of Cinicifuga Rhizoma.
