Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and accurate qualitative analysis method for the identification of complex chemical constituents in Yixin granules.
METHODS UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS was used to capture the precise molecular weight and multi-level fragment ion information of the compounds. At the same time, the retention time and mass spectrometry information was compared with the reference substance, while combining the relevant references or the database information such as Chemical Book and so on. Therefore, a rapid and accurate determination of the unknown compounds was achieved.
RESULTS Forty-three chemical constituents were identified from Yixin granules, including organic acids, lactones, lignans, steroidal saponins and others.
CONCLUSION The established method is rapid, accurate and systematic for the identification of various chemical constituents in Yixin granules, which provides a solid theoretical basis and scientific research ideas for its quality control, pharmacodynamic substance basis research and further clinical application.
