Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a clinical pharmacist performance appraisal system under the background of new medical reform, stimulate and tap the potential of clinical pharmacists, enhance the sense of competition and responsibility, and improve clinical pharmacy performance.
METHODS Evaluation system and details were developed by taking workload as a core, innovation, efficiency and promotion of work as a guide, quality of work, timeliness and achievement of equality as the principle.
RESULTS Combined with the actual situation of clinical pharmacy, a series of quantitative clinical pharmacist work, covering daily work, lead work, research service, work attitude, foreign exchange and academic influence, teaching work, clinical problems excavation and innovative work, scientific research achievements, academic work and personal honor, and medical ethics were worked out. And a scientifically feasible assessment methods, points rules and calculation methods were established.
CONCLUSION The examination system of clinical pharmacists established in this study is comprehensive, scientific and reliable, and realizes the purpose of performance appraisal of clinical pharmacists. It is of great significance to improve the management level of clinical pharmacy and the quality of pharmacy services.
