急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后药物治疗管理模式的建立

Establishment of Medication Therapy Management Model for Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

摘要: 目的建立急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后药物治疗管理模式。方法参考国外药物治疗管理模式要点指南，结合医院现状，探索开展急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后的药物治疗管理。结果建立急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后药物治疗管理机制，成立药物治疗管理药师团队，制定随访规章制度及标准流程。结论开展急性冠脉综合征患者PCI术后的药物治疗管理有利于实现药物最大疗效，体现医疗服务内涵。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a model of medication therapy management(MTM) for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). METHODS Reference to the foreign MTM guide, combined with the status of the hospital, explored the implementation of MTM for ACS patients after PCI. RESULTS Established a mechanism of MTM for ACS patients after PCI, set up a MTM pharmacist team and developed follow-up rules, regulations and standard processes. CONCLUSION Management of MTM for ACS patients after PCI is conducive to achieve maximum medicine efficacy and reflect the connotation of medical services.
