Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of GC fingerprint in Nüjin pill for reference of the effective quality control.
METHODS Gas chromatography and FID detector was used, the analysis was carried out on a column of HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 mm), temperature programming:initial temperature 50℃, keep 1 min, heating up to 130℃ with a rate of 20℃·min
-1, keep 10 min, and then heating up to 180℃ with a rate of 2℃·min
-1, keep 10 min, introduction port temperature 230℃, detector temperature 250℃, split sampling, split ratio 10:1. Through similarity evaluation software(2012), the similarity of specific chromatogram were formed and calculated.
RESULTS The common mode of the fingerprint was set up with 30 common peaks, and all of them were identified by comparison with the reference and the spectrum database retrieval of high resolution mass. The similar degrees of all samples were >0.95.
CONCLUSION The established method can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Nüjin Pill.
