Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).
METHODS The databases such as VIP, CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, Pubmed and Embase were searched. The search time was from the construction of the library to December 2017. In randomized controlled trials, used budesonide combined with terbutaline to treat AECOPD, and the researcher extracted data according to pre-established data extraction form, obtained 11 of randomized controlled trials, a total of 911 subjects, including 460 cases in the treatment group and 451 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given budesonide combined with terbutaline, and the control group was given conventional therapy. The quality of the included studies was assessed by using the "biased risk assessment" tool, which recommended by the Cochrane Reviewers Handbook 5.0.2, and analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software.
RESULTS After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and there were significant differences(
P<0.05).
CONCLUSION It is significant for the clinical therapeutic effect to use budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of AECOPD. The total effective rate and the blood gas index is improved, and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced. That can improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical promotion.
