Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize process parameters of homogenate extraction anticoagulant components from
Hericium erinaceus-Pheretima biotransformation (HD).
METHODS The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) was used as the assessment index. Water was selected as extracting solvent, extracted 2 times. These main factors in the process of homogenate extraction anticoagulant components from HD which had effect on the APTT were optimized through response surface methodology.
RESULTS The optimum process parameters of homogenate extraction anticoagulant components from HD were as follows:extracted 2 times, the additive quantity of water was 12 times at the first times, the extracting time was 7 min, the revolution was 5 500 r·min
-1, the additive quantity of water was 10 times at the second times, the extracting time was 7 min, the revolution was 5 500 r·min
-1. Under these conditions, the average value of APTT was the maximum, came up to (53.42±3.02)s.
CONCLUSION A new process route of homogenate extraction anticoagulant components from HD has been established by optimization and verification experiment at the first time. The process is faster, healthier, simpler, and the equipment is smaller area occupied and save resources.
