Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine contents of oleanolic acid in six species of clematis raw drugs from Zhejiang province, so as to provide a reference for medicinal resources expansion from Zhejiang province.
METHODS Hypersil BOS C
18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used at 25℃, methanol-water (90:10) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min
-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm.
RESULTS The contents of oleanofic acid in
Clematis chinensis,
C. ganpiniana,
C. argentilucida,
C. lasiandra and
C. uncinata were 0.381%, 0.172%, 0.395%, 0.001 84%, 1.70%, while its content was too low to calculated in
C. finetiana.
CONCLUSION C. uncinata and
C. argentilucida can be considered as alternative resources of medicinal clematis, but whether other species is suitable as medicine remains shall to be explored.
