Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for determination of Al in 118 batchs of Fructose Sodium Diphosphate injection and injection for Fructose Sodium Diphosphate for national evalution sampling.
METHODS Magnesium nitrate was adopted as matrix modifier, and the content of Al in fructose sodium diphosphate was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with polarized Zeeman background correction.
RESULTS There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5-30 ng·mL
-1(
r=0.998 5). The average recovery rate was 100.1%, RSD was 6.7%(
n=9).
CONCLUSION The method is sensitive and accurate, suitable for determination of Al in Fructose Sodium Diphosphate injection and Injection for Fructose Sodium Diphosphate. The result indicates some of the products vary greatly in Al assay, and the product has high aluminum content.
