响应面法优化椿皮中铁屎米-6-酮生物碱超声辅助提取工艺

    Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction Technology of Canthin-6-one from Bark of Ailanthus Altissima by Response Surface Methodology

    • 摘要: 目的 应用响应面法优化超声辅助提取椿皮中铁屎米-6-酮生物碱的工艺条件。方法 以铁屎米-6-酮生物碱提取量为指标,在单因素考察乙醇提取铁屎米-6-酮的基础上,采用中心组合试验设计和响应面分析法优选提取工艺参数。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度68%,液固比32 mL·g-1,超声温度54℃,超声时间38 min,铁屎米-6-酮生物碱提取量为26.19 μg·g-1,接近于模型预测值(26.31 μg·g-1)。结论 优选的超声提取工艺合理可靠,可为臭椿的开发应用提供实验依据。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of canthin-6-one from bark of Ailanthus altissima.METHODS With yield of canthin-6-one as index, extraction technology parameters were optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology on the basis of the single factor investigation of conditions for extracting canthin-6-one by ethanol.RESULTS Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 68%, liquid-solid ratio 32 mL·g-1, ultrasound temperature 54℃, extraction time 38 min. Under these conditions, yield of canthin-6-one was 26.19 μg·g-1, which was close to the predicted value(26.31 μg·g-1).CONCLUSION This optimized technology is reasonable and reliable to provide a basis for development and application of Ailanthus altissima.
