ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对胃肠肿瘤术后患者免疫功能影响的Meta分析

    Effects of Omega-3 Fatty Acids on Immune Function of Postoperative Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor: a Meta-analysis

    • 摘要: 目的 评价ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对胃肠肿瘤术后患者免疫功能的影响。方法 检索Pubmed、EMbace、MEDLINE、万方和CNKI等数据库,经筛选纳入符合要求的随机对照研究(RCT),用修改后Jadad评分评价纳入研究质量,并提取需要的研究数据,采用Revman 5.3进行统计分析。结果 共纳入12篇RCT研究,共848例胃肠肿瘤术后患者,分析结果显示鱼油脂肪乳能显著增加CD3+T细胞WMD=5.79,95% CI(3.07,8.50),P<0.01和CD4+T细胞WMD=6.22,95% CI(3.85,8.59),P<0.01水平,减低CD8+T细胞水平WMD=-1.74,95% CI(-2.96,-0.52),P<0.01。结论 ω-3鱼油脂肪乳加强的肠外营养对胃肠肿瘤术后患者免疫功能有增强作用。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the potential role of ω-3 fish oil in the immune function of gastrointestinal cancer patients after surgery. METHODS Computerized searches of the Pubmed, Embase, MEDLINE, Wanfang, CNKI etc. Databases were performed. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included in conformity with the inclusion criteria. The methodological quality assessment was based on modified Jadad rating scale. Research data was extracted by researchers. Revman 5.3 was used to analysis. RESULTS The included trails were 12 RCTs of 848 postoperative gastrointestinal tumor patients. Meta-analysis results showed that the fish oil supplementation resulted increase levels of CD3+T cellsWMD=5.79, 95%CI (3.07, 8.50), P<0.01, CD4+T cellsWMD=6.22, 95%CI (3.85, 8.59), P<0.01 compared with the isocaloric nutrition regime. And the level of CD8+T cells decreased compared with the isocaloric nutrition regimeWMD=-1.74, 95%CI (-2.96, -0.52), P<0.01. CONCLUSION ω-3 fish oil enhances parenteral nutrition effectively enhance immune function of gastrointestinal cancer patients after surgery.
