    黄精成方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的荟萃分析

    Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Preparation of Polygonati Rhizoma in the Treatment of the 3rd Stage of Diabetic Nephropathy: a Meta-analysis

    • 摘要: 目的 对黄精成方治疗早期糖尿病肾病进行荟萃分析。方法 检索黄精成方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的随机对照研究（RCTs），采用RevMan 5.3进行荟萃分析。结果 与对照组相比，黄精成方组治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效率明显较高（P<0.000 01），尿白蛋白排泄率下降也较明显（P<0.000 1），但尿β2微球蛋白和血肌酐下降相当。结论 荟萃分析表明，黄精成方治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著。但本次研究存在一定的局限性，仍需设计良好、多中心、大规模临床随机对照研究来验证。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine preparation of Polygonati Rhizome (CMPRP) in the treatment of the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy(DN). METHODS The randomized controlled studies (RCTs) of CMPRP treat for the 3rd stage of DN were collected. Meta analysis was performed by Revman 5.3 software. RESULTS Compared with control group, effective rate of CMPRP in the treatment of the 3rd stage of DN was significantly higher (P<0.000 01), urinary protein excretion rate was decreased obviously (P<0.000 1), but the urine β2 microglobulin and serum creatinine had no difference. CONCLUSION From this systematic review, CMPRP is effective in the treatment of the 3rd stage of DN. But there are some limitations in this study, and still need to be validated with good design, multicenter and large scale clinical randomized controlled study.
