Abstract: Nasal in-situ gel has become a hot spot in pharmaceutics research in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics, classification, prepration, evaluation methods and applications of nasal in-stiu gel by reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in the late years. So as to provide theoretical support and method guidance for its further development.
