Abstract:
Lamotrigine is used as a first-line therapeutic agent for the treatment of epilepsy. Large interindividual variability in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of lamotrigine has been observed, it maybe associated with lamotrigine serum concentration. Recently, to search the variability has become a research focus in lamotrigine serum concentration. Through access to the domestic and foreign references in this paper, to investigate the effects of polymorphic metabolic enzymes and transporters on lamotrigine concentraions, and hope to provide reference for the individualized treatment of lamotrigine.
