Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the key points of clinical pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care for the specific patients with epilepsy after craniocerebral operation in neurosurgery department.
METHODS Study of the key points and typical cases of clinical pharmacists involved in management of the specific patients with epilepsy after craniocerebral operation were analyzed.
RESULTS Taking patients and drugs into account,clinical pharmacist participating in management of the specific patients with epilepsy after craniocerebral operation could help physicians to develop the individual dosage regimen and do patients with medication and health education well at the same time,to promote the rational use of drugs.
CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should master the necessary medical and pharmaceutical theoretical knowledge and good communication skills.In practice,clinical pharmacist provide personal total pharmaceutical services for the use of the specific patients with epilepsy after craniocerebral operation,which guarantee the rational use of antiepileptic drugs,improve the effect of clinical treatment,reduce the ADR damage and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients.
