响应面法优化盐酸水解提取茜草中大叶茜草素的工艺研究

    Optimization of Hydrochloric Acid Hydrolysis Extracting Mollugin from Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma by Response Surface Methodology

    • 摘要: 目的 应用响应面法优化茜草中大叶茜草素提取的最佳工艺条件。方法 在单因素试验的基础上,以大叶茜草素含量为响应值,选择盐酸浓度、加热温度和加热时间作为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面设计法进行优化工艺研究。结果 在盐酸浓度为10.5%,加热时间41.0 min,加热温度82.0℃条件下,茜草中大叶茜草素得率为2.53%,接近预测值2.51%。结论 优化工艺简便稳定,重复性好,可用于茜草中大叶茜草素的水解提取的提取。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of mollugin from Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma.METHODS Based on single-factor experiment,the main factors hydrochloric acid concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time were determined by response surface methodology with the content of mollugin as the response value.RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the hydrochloric acid concentration was 10.5%,extraction temperature was 82.0,and extraction time was 41.0℃ min.Under these conditions,the yield rate of rubimaillin in Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was 2.53%,which was well matched with the predicted content of 2.51%.CONCLUSION This optimal extraction process can be used for extracting the mollugin from Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma.It is simple,stable and reproducible.
