Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of organophosphoru pesticide residues such as dichlorvos in health foods by gas chromatography, and investigate the situation of organophosphorus pesticide residues in health food with plant or fungus materials in Zhejiang market.
METHODS Target analytes in samples were extracted by acetonitrile, separated by column Rtx-1701, and detected by flame photometric detector.
RESULTS The 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg·L
-1, the limits of detection(S/N=3) were 0.01-0.02 mg·kg
-1, and the limits of quantification (S/N=10) were 0.05 mg·kg
-1. At the three levels of spiked samples include 0.25, 0.4, 1 mg·kg
-1, the recovery rates ranged from 75% to 120%. Among the 90 samples from the market, 12 were detected positive for the organophosphorus pesticide residue with a detection rate of 13.3%.
CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive, it is suitable for the determination of 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in health foods.
