Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of the content of the merthiolate in the bendazac lysine eye drops.
METHODS Determination of the content of the merthiolate in the bendazac lysine eye drops by dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry after digestion of samples with microwave digestion system.
RESULTS The average content of the sample of 3 enterprises was 0.001%, 0.030%, and 0.001%, respectively, the detection limit was 0.013 4 μg·L
-1, the linear range was 0.4-2.0 μg·L
-1, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, and the average recovery was 99.2%.
CONCLUSION Using this method to determine the content of the merthiolate in the bendazac lysine eye drops is sensitive and accurate, with strong specificity and little interference. It is of practical significance for the control of the content of merthiolate in the eye drops.
