Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of heavy metal residues of Pb, As and Hg in bee products.
METHODS Samples were digested with microware digestion system, under the optimum digestive and experimental conditionds, Pb was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, while As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the measurement methods were methodologically evaluated.
RESULTS Calibration curves of 3 elements (Pb, As, Hg) were
Y=0.003 04
X+0.001 31(
r=0.999 6),
Y=88.645 1
X+2.563 8 (
r=0.999 9),
Y=552.113 2
X-6.169 5 (
r=0.999 6), respectively. RSD were all <3%. The recovery values were 98.2%, 96.3%, 93.8%, respectively. The results of content determination were 0.003-4.203, 0-0.192, 0-0.097 6 mg·kg
-1, respectively.
CONCLUSION The content of 3 kinds of heavy metals in bee products is different and Pb is the highest one. The method can be used for the determination of heavy metals in bee products.
