环境因子对杭白菊黄酮类化合物和绿原酸含量的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨不同环境因子对杭白菊花序中黄酮类化合物和绿原酸含量的影响。方法 分别用低温、紫外线、高盐、干旱和重金属镉处理杭白菊植株,其中,紫外线处理时间为8~24 h,其他环境因子处理时间均为1~3 d,紫外分光光度法测定杭白菊花序中总黄酮的含量,HPLC测定杭白菊花序中芦丁、木犀草苷及绿原酸3种活性成分的含量。结果 紫外线与重金属处理可以快速地诱导杭白菊花序中总黄酮、芦丁、木犀草苷及绿原酸含量的上升;而低温、高盐与干旱在1~2 d内对杭白菊花序中总黄酮、芦丁、木犀草苷及绿原酸含量的影响不显著,但在3 d后可使杭白菊花序中总黄酮、芦丁、木犀草苷及绿原含量明显增加。结论 多种环境因子造成的胁迫都能在一定程度上促进杭白菊花序中黄酮类化合物及绿原酸的积累,说明生态因素是调控杭白菊次生代谢产物生物合成的重要因素。通过人工干预的手段,对环境因子进行调控,使得提高杭白菊药材重要活性物质的含量成为可能。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of environmental factors on the content of flavonoids and chlorogenic acid through the determination of these components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.. METHODS The seedlings of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. were treated under different conditions. The treatment of ultraviolet continued 8-24 h and other treatment continued 1-3 d. The content of total flavone was determined by UV, the content of rutin, luteoloside and chlorogenic acid were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The increase of content of total flavone, rutin, luteoloside and chlorogenicacid were rapidly induced by ultraviolet and heavy metals. The effect of low temperature, high salt and drought were not significant in 1-2 d. The accumulation of total flavone, rutin, luteoloside and chlorogenic acid were increased significantly after 3 d of treatment. CONCLUSION Stress caused by multiple environmental factors promotes the accumulation of flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.. Ecological factors are important factors regulating the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.. It is possible to increase the content of important active substances in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. by controlling the environmental factors through artificial means.
