| 目的 提高药物咨询窗口工作效率、消除传统档案管理模式弊端，建立实施药物咨询档案电子化方案，探索管理新方法。方法 为消除兼容性问题、降低硬件计算能力要求，基于大众化制表软件Excel 2003平台开发，同时利用基本函数编写设计。结果 电子化档案界面简洁、操作简易，提升了档案有效利用率，已逐步代替传统档案管理模式，使数据快速统计与查询成为可能。结论 电子化管理档案软硬件要求低、易于实施，已初步向邻近医院推广，为中小型及社区医院解决此类问题提供了一个参考案例。 |

| OBJECTIVE To overcome drawbacks in traditional records management of drug consultation, improving the efficiency of service window, to electronize drug consultation record and explore new management methods. METHODS Based on Excel 2003, designing by basic function, it was a program which dispose of incompatibility problem and lowering the require of hardware counting ability. RESULTS Electronize record had neat interface. It was easy to manipulate. For now it had gradually replace the traditional record mode and practiced in nearby hospital. Considerably improving the availability of drug consultation records, achieving speedy data statistics and retrieval. CONCLUSION Electronize management record doesn't require much in both software and hardware. It is more easy to popularize and work in practice. This program also provides an helpful example for small and medium sized hospital and community hospital. |
