| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过对剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物应用情况分析，为临床合理用药提供分析依据。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，对本院2008年1月—2009年10月868例剖宫产患者抗菌药物应用情况进行分析。结果 2008年1月—2008年12月468例剖宫产患者(第1组) 与2009年1月—2009年10月400例剖宫产患者(第2组)在围手术期100%应用了抗菌药物。但第2组根据临床情况予以合理用药，收到了良好的效果。结论 通过干预与临床结合，我院剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用已日趋合理。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of antibiotics utilization during preoperative period in cesarean section cases of our hospital and provide basis for rational use of drugs in clinical therapy. METHODS The situation of perioperative antibiotics utilization in 868 patients undergoing cesarean section from January 2008 to October 2009 in the hospital was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The use of antibiotics was 100% among 468 patients in 2008(the first group) and 400 patients from January to October in 2009(the second group). But the second group of clinical conditions to be reasonable under the medication, has received good results. CONCLUSION Through administrative intervention and the clinical combination of cesarean section in our hospital perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics has become increasingly rational. |
