唐古特大黄中2种鞣质类成分的含量测定

摘要:
目的 测定唐古特大黄中2种鞣质类成分没食子酸和儿茶素的含量。方法 用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为室温,按外标法定量。结果 没食子酸的平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.28%;儿茶素的平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.37%。结论 所建立的方法可准确、快速有效地测定唐古特大黄药材中鞣质类物质的含量。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of gallic acid and catechin in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.. METHODS HPLC was established on Kromasil C18 column with gradient elution. The mobile phase was methol-0.1% phosphoric acid, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the column temperature was room temperature and the quantification used external standard method. RESULTS The average recovery of gallic acid was 98.6%, and the RSD was 1.28%. The average recovery of catechin was 98.8%, and the RSD was 1.37%. CONCLUSION The method is quick, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of tannins in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf..
