    Study on Dissolution Rate of General Flavonoides in Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bung by Technique of Superfine Grinding

    • OBJECTIVE To establish a UV method for comparing the exoteric dissolution of general flavonoides between the ultra-micro and traditional powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung. METHODS The dissolution of general flavonoides from the ultra-micro and traditional powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung was determined by UV at a detection wavelength of 500 nm. RESULTS The dissolution rate of ultra-micro powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung was increased obviously than common powder. The dissolution amount raised 20% in ultra-micro powder of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung. CONCLUSION Superfine grinding can promote the dissolution of general flavonoides in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bung.
