    Determination of Microelement in Radix Bupleuri with Different Fertilizers by FAAS with Microwave Digestion

    • OBJECTIVE To provide reference for cultivating Radix Bupleuri with different fertilizers by determining the content of microelement in it. METHODS The sample was prepared via microwave digestion. Using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the content of Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg, K, Zn in Radix Bupleuri which was cultivated with different fertilizers. RESULTS The content of microelement in Radix Bupleuri was determined. The recovery rate was between 95.18% and 98.22%. CONCLUSION The sample(s7) which was cultivated with N, P, K in all the three periods can improve the content of K, however, different fertilizers had little effect on the content of other microelement in Radix Bupleuri.
