Determination f Borneol in Compound Salvia Orally Disintegrating Tablet by GC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of compound salvia orally disintegrating tablet by GC. METHODS HP-INNOWAX flexible quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm,1 μm).The starting temperature was 140 ℃, maintain 7 min,and rose to 220 ℃ at the speed of with the 50 ℃·min-1,maintain 2 min.The airflow speed was 1.5 mL·min-1and triage injection with the split ratio of 50/1. RESULTS Borneol showed good linearity in the range of 0.067-0.472 mg·mL-1 in sample solution and the correlation coefficient was 1.000.The average recoveries were 98.4%，RSD=0.96%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
