Synthesis of taxol C13 side chain using two catalyzed asymmetic reaction
OBJECTIVE To develop a simple and economical method to achieve taxol side chain,(2R,3S)-isoproplyl-3-benzamido-2-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionate.METHODS The taxol C13 side chain with high ees could be prepared from asymmetric aminohydroxylation(AA) and dihydro
