OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of glycyrrhizin content in glycyrrhizinate injection with high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). METHOD: Phosphate buffer (10 mmol/L,pH=7.0) and SDS (12.5 mmol/L) were used as electrolysate.
