Synthesis of (8,6'-difluorobiphenyl-2, 2'--diyl) bis (diphenylphosphine)
The title compond as a most attractive electro-poor biphenyi-type ligand for transition metal catalysts was synthesized in three steps (83% overall yield) which is better than theoriginal method of four steps (49% overall yield).
