Investigation About the Standardized Management of Oral Dismounted Single Dosage Drugs Based on Drug Storage Requirements

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for standardized management of oral dismounted single dosage drugs and to ensure drug quality and patients medication safety, according to the analysis on drug storage requirements and influence factors. METHODS Analyze of drug storage regulation according to storage of 317 oral drugs instruction and storage status of dismounted drugs. RESULTS Among the 317 oral drugs, 40.69% had requirement on temperature, 51.42% had requirement on light, 86.75% had requirement on seal, there were 158 oral dismounted single dosage drugs. CONCLUSION There're non-standard phenomenon in drug dismounting. It is suggested that standard of dismounted drugs must be improved to ensure drug quality and patient safety.
