玉竹化学成分、药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物预测分析

    Research Progress on Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Effects of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma and Prediction Analysis of Its Quality Markers

    • 摘要: 玉竹为百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce的干燥根茎,是中国传统中药材之一。研究表明,玉竹成分复杂,含有甾体皂苷类、多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类、挥发油类等成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗疲劳、抗老化等活性。通过对玉竹的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,并基于质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)理论,从植物亲缘性、特有性、有效性、可测性、复方配伍和网络药理学等方面预测玉竹的Q-Marker,初步预测3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1-2)-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1-3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1-4)-吡喃半乳糖基-25(S)-spirost-5(6)-en-3β,14alpho-diol_qt、4’,5,7-三羟基-6-甲基-8-甲氧基-羟基黄酮、4’,5,7-三羟基-6,8-二甲基-高异氟烷酮、多糖苷E_qt、4’,5,7-三羟基-6-甲基羟基黄酮、4’-甲氧基-5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基-高异氟烷酮、n-香豆酰酪胺、(Z)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-甲氧基-phenyl)-N-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylacrylamide等可作为玉竹的主要Q-Marker,为玉竹的质量评价提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma is the dried rhizome of Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.) Druce, a traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Studies have shown that the composition of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma is complex, including steroidal saponins, polysaccharides, flavonoids, alkaloids, volatile oils and other components, with hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anti-fatigue, anti-aging and other activities. The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma were reviewed. Based on thetheory of quality marker(Q-Marker), the Q-Marker of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma was predicted from the aspects of plant affinity and specificity, effectiveness. measurability, compound compatibility and network pharmacology. It was preliminarily predicted that 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-4)-galactopyranosyl-25(S)-spirost-5(6)-en-3β,14alpho-diol_qt, 4’,5,7-trihydroxy-6-methyl-8-methoxy-hydroxyflavone, 4’,5,7-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-homoisofluranone, polyglycoside E_qt, 4’,5,7-trihydroxy-6-methyl-hydroxyflavone, 4’-methoxy-5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-homoisofluranone, n-coumaroyltyramine, (Z)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-N-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylacrylamide can be used as the main Q-Marker of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, which provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma.
