Effects of Combination of Aspirin and Isorhynchophylline on Antiplatelet Aggregation

摘要: 目的观察阿司匹林(ASP)与异钩藤碱(Iso)合用对家兔体外血小板聚集的影响。方法通过体外血小板聚集实验，采用比浊法测定ASP与Iso合用对胶原(Col)、凝血酶(Thr)及二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱发的家兔血小板聚集率的影响。结果 ASP与Iso合用可抑制由Col(50 mg?L^-1)、Thr(3 U?mL^-1)及ADP(15 μmol?L^-1)诱导的血小板聚集。结论 ASP与Iso合用能协同抑制家兔体外血小板聚集。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the combination of aspirin(ASP) and isorhynchophylline(Iso) on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro. METHODS The rabbit platelet aggregation induced by collagen(Col), thrombin(Thr), and adenosine diphosphate(ADP) in vitro was determined by Born method, respectively. RESULTS Combination of ASP and Iso concentration-dependently inhibited platelet aggregation induced by Col(50 mg?L^-1), Thr(3 U?mL^-1) and ADP(15 μmol?L^-1). CONCLUSION Combination of ASP and Iso has the effect of synergistic inhibition on platelet aggregation.
