摘要: 目的了解眼科门诊处方抗菌药物超说明书使用的现状，为开展眼科药学服务及管理决策提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法，随机抽取2013年42 710张眼科门诊处方调查其中抗菌药物超说明书使用的情况。结果在15 063张眼科门诊抗菌药物处方中，超说明书用药处方98张(0.6%)，以注射剂型的超说明书使用为主。结论眼科门诊处方抗菌药物超说明书使用的比例很小，部分超说明书使用属不合理用药，需要进一步管理和规范；部分超说明书使用的合理性有待进一步研究。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of antibiotic drugs off-label utilization in ophthalmology outpatients and provide the basis for pharmaceutical care and management. METHODS The utilization of antibiotics in 42 710 ophthalmic prescriptions of 2013 was analyzed. RESULTS Of the total 15 063 prescriptions, the off-label use of antibiotics were 98(0.6%), most of the off-label use of antibiotics were injections. CONCLUSION The off-label use of antibiotic drugs in ophthalmology outpatients are few, some off-label use of antibiotic drugs are unreasonable, need further management and regulation, some need further study.
