氨基酸分析仪法(过甲酸氧化)测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)中胱氨酸的含量

Determination of the Content of Cystine in Compound Amino Acids Injection (18AA) with Performic Acid Oxidation by Amino Acid Analyzer

摘要: 目的建立测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)中胱氨酸的含量方法。方法采用柱前衍生-氨基酸分析仪测定。结果胱氨酸在20.46~184.10 μg·mL^-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)，平均回收率为100.8%，RSD(n=9)为0.91%。结论本法专属性强、准确、快速、灵敏，可用于测定复方氨基酸注射液中胱氨酸的含量。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE E To establish a method to determine the content of cystine in Compound Amino Acids injection (18AA). METHODS The pre-column derivation and amino acid analyzer were adopted. RESULTS This method showed that the concentration-response relationship was linear over the range of 20.46-184.10 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 100.8% (RSD=0.91%, n=9). CONCLUSION The method is specific, accurate, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the determination of content of cystine in Compound Amino Acids injection (18AA).
