HPLC快速筛查抗风湿类中成药及保健品中非法添加的10种化学药

    Screening for 10 Anti-rheumatism Chemical Components in Health Food and Chinese Traditional Medicine by HPLC

    • 摘要: 目的 建立中成药、保健食品中非法添加的10种抗风湿类化学成分的快速测定方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法进行初步筛查。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:240 nm。 结果 10种化学药得到了完全分离,检出限<2 ng。 结论 本方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,能满足快速筛查抗风湿类中成药及保健品中非法添加化学药的需要。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for rapid detection of 10 anti-rheumatism chemical components adding illegally in health food and traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS Using HPLC to conduct the preliminary screening. The Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate with linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 240 nm. RESULTS These ten components were separated completely, and the LODs were <2 ng. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and quickly to detect chemical components in health food and Chinese Traditional Medicine.
