孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液中的嗜酸性粒细胞计数的调节作用
Changes of Eosinophils in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid of Cough Variant Asthma Children and Modulation Effect of Montelukast

摘要: 目的 探讨孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma，CVA)患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的调节作用。 方法 选择湖州市中心医院门诊及住院的CVA患儿81例，分成随机分为对照组(n=37)和治疗组(n=44)。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片5 mg，每日1次，治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后肺功能与BALF-EOS比例变化。 结果 治疗前对照组和治疗组 EOS比例分别为(4.65±0.76)%和(4.51±0.67)%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后对照组和治疗组 EOS比例分别为(3.04±0.58)%和(1.93±0.51)%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 孟鲁司特钠可以明显降低CVA患儿BALF-EOS水平。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the changes of eosinophils(EOS) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of cough variant asthma children before and after montelukast treatment. METHODS Eighty-one cough variant asthma children were randomly divided into treatment group(n=37) and control group(n=44). The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was given montelukast besides the conventional therapy. The level of EOS were observed before and after 12 weeks therapy between the two groups. RESULTS The level of EOS before therapy was (4.65±0.76)% and (4.51±0.67)% in control group and treatment group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The level of EOS after therapy was (3.04±0.58)% and (1.93±0.51)% in control group and treatment group, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Montelukast can significantly decrease the level of EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of cough variant asthma children.
