左氧氟沙星致阴道流血、关节疼痛1例

A Case of Colporrhagia and Arthralgia Caused by Levofloxacin

摘要: 目的：探讨新发现的左氧氟沙星所致罕见不良反应一例。方法：排除患者自身疾病可能及合并用药影响,分析左氧氟沙星所致不良反应的可能性。结果：关节疼痛与左氧氟沙星注射液的使用存在“肯定”关系,阴道流血为“可能”关系。结论：该患者出现的关节疼痛与阴道流血与左氧氟沙星注射液的使用有关。

Abstract: ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE Inquiry into an infrequent side effects caused by levofloxacin. METHODS Rule out the influences of the patient’s disease and amalgamative medicine, analyze the dependency of the side effects and levofloxacin. RESULTS Arthralgia was definitely caused by levofloxacin, colporrhagia was possibly caused by levofloxacin. CONCLUSION The side effect happened to the patient is relevant to use of levofloxacin.
