甲氧氯普胺致严重锥体外系反应、脱髓鞘脑病1例

摘要: 目的：提示临床重视甲氧氯普胺引起的严重不良反应。方法：报道并分析甲氧氯普胺致严重锥体外系反应、脱髓鞘脑病1例。结果与结论：未见甲氧氯普胺致严重锥体外系反应、脱髓鞘脑病致死的报道。临床应高度重视甲氧氯普胺所致严重不良反应,应用时严格掌握剂量,注意个体差异。

Abstract: ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To alert clinicians to pay attention to serious adverse drug reactions induced by metoclopramide injection. METHODS 1 case of severe extrapyramidal reactions and demyelinating encephalopathy caused by metoclopramide injection was reported and analyzed. RESULTS&CONCLUSION There is no report about the severe extrapyramidal reactions and Demyelinating encephalopathy caused by metoclopramide injection. Great importance should be attached to serious adverse drug reactions caused by Metoclopramide in the clinic. We should strictly master the dosage, and should pay attention to Individual differences.
