薏苡仁油软胶囊对移植于裸鼠的人体前列腺肿瘤PC-3M的抑制作用

The Inhibiting Effect of Coix Seed Oil Soft Capsule on Human Prostate Tumor PC-3M Grafted in Nude Mice

摘要: 目的研究薏苡仁油软胶囊对移植于裸鼠的人体前列腺肿瘤PC-3M的抑制作用。方法制备移植于裸鼠的人体前列腺肿瘤PC-3M模型，动态观察和测量肿瘤大小及荷瘤鼠体重，按金氏公式计算肿瘤抑制率及相对肿瘤增长率。结果单用薏苡仁油软胶囊三个剂量组对移植于裸鼠的人体前列腺肿瘤PC-3M抑瘤率分别为44.50%、40.52%、28.44%，合并泰素抑瘤率分别为58.18%、59.36%、54.92%。结论单用薏苡仁油软胶囊三个剂量组对移植于裸鼠的人体前列腺肿瘤有一定抑制作用；合并泰素明显具有相加作用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the inhibiting effect of coix seed oil soft capsule on human prostate tumor PC-3M grafted in nude mice. METHODS Establish the module of human prostate tumor PC-3M grafted in nude mice，dynamically observe and measure the tumor size and body weight of mice bearing tumors. And calculate tumor inhibition rates and relative growth rates with King formula. RESULTS The inhibition rates of three dose groups of coix seed oil soft capsule alone were 44.50%,40.52% and 28.44% respectively，the inhibition rates of chemotherapy(Taxol) combination groups were 58.18%,59.36% and 54.92% respectively. CONCLUSION Coix seed oil soft capsule used alone has certain inhibition effect on human prostate tumor grafted in nude mice. The combination with chemotherapy(Taxol)can obviously get additive effect.
