顶空GC测定磷酸苯丙哌林中有机溶剂残留量

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Benproperine Phosphate by Headspace GC

摘要: 目的建立磷酸苯丙哌林中乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、苯、吡啶、甲苯6种有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法顶空毛细管GC，采用DB-5毛细管气相色谱柱。结果 6种有机溶剂的回收率分别为95.5%，101.4%，95. 8%，93.6%，92.1%和94.0%，检测限分别为0.5，0.18，0.06，0.005，2.3，0.06 μg。结论该法快速、准确、灵敏且无干扰。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of residual organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, ether, benzene, pyridine and toluene in benproperine phosphate. METHODS A headspace gas chromatography method was developed using a DB-5 capillary column. RESULTS The average recoveries were 95.5%, 101.4%, 95.8%, 93.6%, 92.1% and 94.0% and the detection limits were estimated to be 0.5, 0.18, 0.06, 0.005, 2.3 and 0.06 μg. CONCLUSION The method was rapid, sensitive and reliable.
