HPLC测定甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液的含量

Determination of Pazufloxacin Mesilate Infection by HPLC

摘要: 目的建立甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Alltima C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 µm)色谱柱, 以柠檬酸溶液-乙腈-甲醇(84∶16∶2)为流动相，流速1.0 mL·min^-1。检测波长243 nm。结果线性范围为1.423~22.768 μg·mL^-1，r=0.999 5，平均回收率(n=9)为99.73%，RSD为0.69%。结论该法准确、简便，适用于甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液的含量测定。

Abstract: OBJECIVE To establish an HPLC method for assay of pazufloxacin mesilate injection. METHODS The analysis was carried out on Alltima C₁₈ column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm). The mobile phase was citric acid solution acetonitrile methanol (84∶16∶2), wave length was 243 nm and flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. RESULTS The liner range of pazufloxacin mesilate was 1.423-22.768 μg·mL^-1, r=0.999 5. The average recovery (n=9) was 99.73%, RSD=0.69%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and can be used for determination of pazufloxacin mesilate infection.
