HPLC测定复方甘草酸苷片的溶出度

Determination of Dissolution of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets by HPLC

摘要: 目的采用HPLC测定复方甘草酸苷片中甘草酸单铵的溶出度。方法采用Kromasil 100A C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），以2%的醋酸-乙腈（65∶35）为流动相；检测波长为254 nm；流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果甘草酸单铵在80～800 μg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r＝0.999 9)，平均加样回收率为98.74%，RSD为0.9%。结论该法简便可靠，精密度高，分离度好，可用于复方甘草酸苷片的溶出度测定。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of dissolution of compound glycyrrhizin tablets. METHODS The analytical column was a shim-pack Kromasil 100A C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 2% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile (35∶65). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationship at the range of 80-800 μg·mL-1(r＝0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.74%，RSD 0.9%. CONCLUSION The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate, and can be used for dissolution of compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
